Hardback? There are 3 first Editions, though this is a fair price for any
of them. The first issue of the first ed lacks the dedication, the second
issue has the dedication "tipped in" after the first two printed pages and
before the copyright page, the third issue has the dedication after the
copyright page...all three are considered first editions though the first
issue is worth $600-1,000, while the second is worth about $50-100 and the
third is good from $20-50...hope this helps, will
