My first thought, of course, was: 'Chinaman'.
Having identified an 'l' rather than an 'h',
the next one that occurred to my medically
conditioned brain was: 'How appalling. Someone's
come up with a neologism that starts with 'cli' &
ends with 'men'.'
The third was: 'What does this tell us about
a guy who fillets out funny words from
Epicurus for his e-address? That he spends his
leisure hours reading Epicurus? That he wants us
to think he does? That - like someone who blanks
out the last lines of stories - he wants to TEST us?
That he's actually never heard of Epicurus & was
simply ravished by the name of the latest medicated
shampoo for Texan dandruff? Or what?'
