There are two cabbies. We don't get the name of the first (p. 60) who calls
Holden "Mac." Horwitz is the one on p. 81-3. They have the longer
conversation. Actually, there's at least one more cabbie: the one who
drives Sally and Holden to Radio City. But they don't talk.
