after running a search on abebooks.com, and looking at what it pulled it, by process of elimination i came up with 'the toy' and 'run to the sea' as the most probable books. both are available from different booksellers; though extremely pricey, except this particular one. i imagine if you email the dealer you could get the particulars of purchase. --kim
