Oh, that's too much :). Bush's foreign policy lacks diplomacy at best and is
dangerous at worst. Clinton's was buffonery. Clinton's the one that got Bin
Laden expelled to Afghanistan to begin with, who was responsible for that snafu
in the Sudan that led Bin Laden to think American soldiers would be a pushover,
who bombed the pharmaceuticals plant that produced...pharmaceuticals (not the
chemicals used to made VX gas. Chemical analysis of the soil by US researchers
confirmed this), whose help was counterproductive (back-asswards, actually)
during Russia's transition to capitalism...the list goes on and on. Clinton was
also the one that decided that US policy toward Hussein was no longer
"containment" but "regime change," by the way.

He did great with the economy, though.
