John, you are a University 'Presenter', every time you step into the lecture
hall it is show time. Go break a leg. I guess you never thought of your
dissertation as a stepping stone in quite this way before. This is America
and you did say everything. Hey, ham it up seriously. I think you need a
day at the links (no sarcasm).

Well, as of last night, it got at least one woman her own tv show on FOX.

And it got Bill his own gig on 60 Minutes.

So apparently, like nearly everything else in American life these days, it
proved to be an effective stepping stone into the entertainment industry.
