The number for Orchises press is 703-683-1243. They can give you the
latest and most accurate information available (presumably). Lisa called
them a few days ago, at which time they were unsure about the publication
date.

The small publisher is appropriate, given Salinger's attitude towards
publishing. There are ugly rumors (perpetrated by me, mostly--sorry)
about legal reasons for Salinger's decision to publish--something to do
with shares of royalties changing as soon he publishes something new.
