Malcolm-- I'm with you on Ginsberg. As a writer, his barrage of language
was absolutely fearless. His attitude and drive was fearless. His ability
to adapt to whatever time he was writing in was fearless. The scene with he
and dylan at Kerouac's grave was great. (By the way, do you know anywhere
that sells Renaldo & Clara on video?) Every time I read Ginsberg's poems
the power of the language just blows me away. He was one of the greatest
poets of the 20th century and I am afraid he is completely irreplaceable.
