My interest in Salinger may seem purely >school-related, but I've found that it goes much deeper than that. I think that's where a lot of us come from--certainly me, having read Catcher in high school and then moving on my own into his other works, and ending up here. Well. Not ending here, of course...but here to pick up some things to help me on my way. I've got a lot already, and I feel the motherlode has yet to be tapped...mixing mining with plumbing? I'm an English student. Actual Salinger discussion has been running a little thin lately, so PLEASE feel free to throw out any ideas or questions you want to discuss. I've seen many students subscribe who are working on a Salinger paper/project/class-discussion, and they introduce themselves and are never heard from again. Here's to your voice. Let's hear it. It can only be mutually beneficial. Brendan ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com
