When I voted, F&Z was running a close second to Atlas Shrugged. But what's
the deal about the book of etiquette?  I don't remember caring much about
etiquette when I was in college. In fact, I did all I could to violate most
of your basic rules. Also interesting is that they included F&Z rather than
Catcher. Maybe someone was thinking after all.
