What is done on this list wouldn't "pester" him?  Don't be a =
hypocrite.  Is it
worse to "pester" him spiritually or physically.  I don't believe =
the man
himself would see too much of a difference.

He doesn't READ what goes on on this list. As someone so wisely =
pointed out recently, Salinger "isn't on email." It WOULD bother =
him if he heard it, but he doesn't have to hear it. That's the =
point. J.D. Salinger has no idea who I am, who you are, who any of =
