    Despite the great 'liberisation' that has taken place 
    in Ireland following the replacement of God with 
    Mammon, I'm not sure if the new Lolita is yet 
    persona grata in these parts.

    Whether it has or not, I'm grateful to Camille for saving 
    me the trouble of going to visit her.  Not because of any 
    moral or literary scruple I might have.  But simply for being
    spared the sight of the long, sad face attached to the front 
    of that truly, truly, TRULY narcissistic, streak of pretentious 
    misery that goes by the name of Jeremy Irons.
