Camille,
There is some organization I stumbled on that is billing itself as an
Internet copyright source. Apparently the deal is that once you register
with them your work is your work alone. (I say all of this a little
pre-maturely as I left the address on my machine at work and am, at present,
comfortably at home.) I will send along the information I have but you might
try an Altavista search as I think thetas where I got it from in the first
place.
Was there more specifics involved? If you want to post work for ALL to see
then you probably would do well if you are worried about folks stealing your
work. If it is for a select few then you have options of hidden pages,
passwords fields, etc. These sort of things allow you to monitor who sees
what on your site. (To an extent.)
Hope all is well for you where you are sitting.
-Jake
