In the body of the message, say only: unsubscribe bananafish I don't mean this to sound cranky, but so far I think the explanations have been in reasonably plain English and are untechnical. Please feel free to print these instructions and save them for the future. If it's written unclearly, please point out the unclarities and I will try to revise them accordingly. If your mailer refuses to allow you send out mail with no subject, just say "unsubscribe bananafish" to make your mailer happy.
