Waddaya expect? Not to slur on America or something but in general
big-country people tend to have less attention, interest in what goes on
in other countries, especially if this is enhanced by the fact that they

Sad but true, but also not really anything to get emotional about.
I guess communism/socialism, like christianity(jezus-version), was based on,
amongst other things, on the idea of 'let's be nice to another for a change'
This seemed to have worked in rich countries (Sweden, Holland), but not
even all of those. >>
Now, let's not pick on American kids. We should remember that Marx and
Engels aren't on the reading lists of most American schools, and not all
American kids are stupid or uninterested (some of us have even read Marx and
Engels on our own time!).
And if Sweden and Holland are communist or socialist countries, then America
is a democracy.
