looking for a subscriber

Does anyone here have private, personal contact with our subscriber
Bernd Wahlbrinck? I'm having problems with mail being delivered to
his account. The error messages upon attempted delivery have been
getting more and more dire, and I want to clear up the matter; as
someone who knows Bernie slightly from offline chatter, I am also
personally concerned at not being able to make contact with him, so
if there's anyone out there who does have contact and has been in
touch with him in recent days -- say, in the last few weeks -- I
would appreciate it immensely if you can contact me OFF THE LIST
(by private mail to tim@roughdraft.org) and tell me when you heard
from him, and what address he was last using. If he wants out of the
list, that's fine, but I want to be sure he's OK. If anyone out there
knows about this, please let me know and, perhaps, set my mind at
ease.

It is strange, this new life-circumstance, in which we are led to
have contact with people but then not know enough to be able to
establish real contact when we need to. So quite unlike sociological
real life.

If anyone can set me straight, please do so, and let's do it by
private mail, not as a message that gets broadcast all over creation....
