That's what I was wondering :). I think she's confusing opinion about facts
with opinion about taste. Ben and Jerry's is better than Breyer's Ice Cream is
an opinion about taste and can't be wrong -- well, everyone knows Ben and
Jerry's is better, but still -- some people may have defective tastebuds :).

The relative reception of the teaching of the Bible vs. the teaching of Islamic
lit. is an opinion about facts, though -- about trends. They're harder to
observe, but are still observable. I think it's possible to have a wrong
opinion about these types of subjects.
