HA :) Great infographic. Here's the quotation in question:

"Raise the heads on gilded poles! Roast the fatted calf! We need a rousing song--summon Toby Keith!"

The words leading up to "summon Toby Keith" sound to me like cries to war issued to a general populace --
yeah, could be Roman. Could be almost anywhere, really. Now, Toby Keith is a country music recording artist
