Langusta, Seymour Wyse (also spelled Wise, if I remember correctly) is an
actual real life person, a friend of Kerouac's that gets mentioned here
and there in his other books too. The Seymour Glass allusion is most
certainly our suicidee, though, and prolly just a playful reference.
Wouldn't be surprised to read in some bio of Kerouac's some day that Wyse
had to live with perpetual digs about not only being See-more but Wyse
too. Oh, how appropriate! 
Though I haven't read Satori in Paris, I'd most certainly like to now
