Our chats are scheduled every other Friday, 10 PM EST. UNFORTUNATELY, if
you aren't an AOL member you can't get there! Sucks, eh? But if you
are, just go to keyword: Cafe Booka, Reading Groups Message Boards, S-Z.
Look up the posts under J.D. Salinger and you'll find our chat schedule.
We're going through Nine Stories, one or two stories at a time, and we
just finished up Catcher in the Rye. That's why our last chat focused on
Catcher and Bananafish (to the small extent that it was focused :) ).
Our next chat will cover Uncle Wiggly and probably the story following.
Now, Seymour a pedophile? heh :) No way :) What do you think of the
way he was characterized in the other Glass family stories?
