apt description of leonard and the press.

hogarth press published the first english translation
of the 'duino elegies' (1931) and of 'the notebooks of
malte laurids brigge' (1930). (and an assortment of
other rilke volumes, including the famed
spender/leishman translation of the elegies in 1939.)

  but i can't find one reference to rilke in either v.
woolf's letters or diaries. i especially would like
to know her reaction to his novel 'malte brigge'.
