I'm still putting off as much final exams as possible (we get to self
schedule) and reading bananafish instead.

So... music! I'm not even going to go into the ungodly amount of things I
have in my collection. My books and my cds/lps account for most of my
worldly possessions. I may be able to boast about never owning a
television, but materialism has taken over my two preferred forms of
leisure.

In the past several years I have snubbed commercial radio for the local NPR
and college stations. As a result my tastes have diversified even more.
One of my current darlings is a local independent record label (I live in
Atlanta) called Sub:Marine Records (www.submarinerecords.com). They have
lots of music on the website so feel free to tell me what you think. I like
pretty much everything they've ever put out.

As far as books I'll second the Harry Potter but also add that I like Susan
Cooper's Dark is Rising series better.
