i've gotten quite a few books from half.com (ebays service). you can find
used books on there for really cheap (i've found many for less than $1).
almost all books i've gotten from there have been cheaper than the shipping
cost...thats the catch: shipping.
the trick is to find someone selling a lot of books on there, and get them
from one place.
