Question on "Elaine"

If any of yous has the original (or xeroxed from the original) copy of the
Story magazine with "Elaine" in it (Story XXVI, March-April 1945), I need to
know what it says under the "Contributors" part of the magazine. There is
always a little blurb about each author that has a story in the issue, and I
wanted to know if anybody could tell me what the little blurb for Salinger's
said.
