Just because they are predictable doesn't mean they aren't subjective.

And just because they are informed by specific and varying historical and
cultural assumptions doesn't mean they aren't subjective.

But I'm still not sure such discussions are "worth" very much. :)

In any case, the Bucs won (as a sad season winds down) and Tiger's just now
charging in a dramatic way (though it looks like it'll be too little too late).
 So it's back to the sports on tv for me.

It is, after all, a worthwhile way to spend a quiet and rainy Sunday between
semesters.
