I've been on a James Joyce mailing list, a CS Lewis mailing list, a
Christianity and Literature mailing list, and a Writing Center (my college)
mailing list--and probably a  couple others I don't remember now.  

the best thing to do is go to a WWW address I have somewhere that lists ALL
listserves--you can search by subject and find your favorite authors.  I'll
post it to this list when I dig it up, but you can probably find a few of them
by an AltaVista search if you don't want to wait...
