The best thing about this particular bit is if you put it in the context
of the rest of the words in the song, the rest of the songs on the album
and what Dylan was having to face from all his former "fans" who thought
he had "sold out" at the time simply because he had given up "protest"
music and expected every song out of him to read like a cross between
Hamlet and the Magna Carta, this bit is not only quite expressive, but
probably the funniest lyric he's ever sang in his whole recording
career.
