lol. that's great! seems to be the case...perhaps the 'uncle story' is
merely a cover up--along the lines of 'checkers' ---, attempting to conceal
the fact that the government does indeed have some knowledge of relevent
matter buried under all that red tape...or maybe the pup is just named after
the dead uncle. : )
