Dear Susan, I generally try and help strangers whenever I can, but I'm
sorry, I can't help you.  I read your questions and felt they were not
questions that I could quickly and easily address--I could've written
essays on some of your prompts...and to be honest, I'm not certain you
have designed them as well as you might to nail down user perspectives,
but I'm no expert on research design and wish you well in your study, will
