Even in Asia, there are some tensions between the differing nations. With no offense to white people, I've never had a black guy comment on my slanted eyes(I'm Korean). Black people have been here for a long time, struggled, and finally got some clout in America. Korean's don't have as long a history or as large a population in America as Caucasians, Africans, Hispanics, and others have. >> Yeah, this raises and interesting point. I grew up in Southern CA and the most racial tension in some areas were between Koreans and Japanese -- those were the two groups of gangs going at it the worst in the Long Beach area, anyways (from what I was told). The Japanese mourn the bombs we dropped, some Koreans say they wish we'd dropped ten bombs because of Japanese atrocities in WW2. I won't talk about British treatment of the Irish or the general Screwed Overness of Jews throughout Europe for most of the last 2500 years. Point is racism is everywhere -- you're part of the problem or part of the solution. You can always find a reason to be part of the problem if you look hard enough... Jim
