Internal references tell me that OSR means "OEM Service Release". I didn't
both looking up OEM.

Obligitory Salinger References.

   Here at Raytheon we have a whole book on acronyms . . . no tome is a
better word.  So I just looked OSR up in there.  I'm sure Microsoft has
the same.  You should have just looked it up.  =)
