One of my favorite stories in the Bible is the one
about the tower of babel. (for those who already know
bear with me)Humans were trying to build a tower so
high, that they could reach Heaven. God was appalled
by this and created many different languages in that
society; people would just start speaking a different
language as if they had spoken it their entire life.
The differing languages resulted in confusion, social
and ethnic barriars, and the great tower was never
built.
