I wondered about that.  I was in Kerry for about 10 days just a couple
of years ago, and it was like spring, though it rained almost every day,
sometimes in vast splashes.  My raincoat saw a lot of use.

Ummm, even though Joyce embellished (as any good Celt must), I have to
thank you, Scottie, for what was (to my eyes) one of the more elegant
posts in a long time.
