Bonnie Raitt is wonderful!  Give it up is such a good
album, they all are, try Sweet Forgivness too.  I was
so lucky to see her twice, the first time was in '76 
or '77 with Kate and Anna McGarrigle as the opening
act in Boston.  Back in her old hometown, she brought
musician friends of hers up on stage and did about
three (maybe a fourth - don't remember) long encores! 
Second time was a summer concert on the Boston Common,
early 80s.  She was good then as well.  Her favorite
rock'n'roll band NRBQ opened up for her.
