I thought it was pretty clear. Didn't they even show the
Nazi-Homosexual with blood all over him? If you want evidence: which
character would be able to sneak up behind a person in a quiet room
without being noticed? An ex-marine. Which character would hold the gun
muzzle that steady? Certainly not the hysterical wife. Maybe Rickey.
Certainly the ex-marine. Which characters would execute a man from the
back rather than have him turn and confront their issue with him? Rickey,
maybe. Ex-marine certainly.
It would be difficult to persuade me otherwise.
Oh and Rickey, ex-marine, and wife are the only ones with access to a
firearm.
But like I said, I thought they revealed it in the movie.
