L-R,
When I was in Paris and throughout most of Europe, people kept looking
at my feet. I don't know why, but it was so frequent it was noticible. I
had black indoor soccer shoes on, which aren't that uncommon in Europe.
At one point I was in the Louve and the woman was staring at my feet. I
took a small piece of paper out of my notepad and wrote "Hi" on it then
slipped in between my laces. She looked at me startled and left. The
French are wierd.
