It's all the luck of the dice. Some systems (e.g., mine) are rather
swift in the delivery of mail; so is the system that houses the list.
Beyond that, it all depends on how many hops the mail has to make as it
traverses the world from the "bananafish" system in NYC to your system.
There might be any number of reasons for delays and/or for out-of-order
postings.

Or it might be like Teddy, annoyingly predicting what is to come....
