Maybe that is the whole issue with the Glass. The fact
that nobody has seen such freaks, but some people would
have liked to, had they known that such freaks existed. We
think we can predict anything that happens in a metropolis,
but we are wrong. Can anyone guarantee that there isn't a
Seymour dying just a few blocks away? In fact, both ideas are
Buddy's excuse for writing.
And one shouldn't forget that there may be equal amounts
of descriptions of Holden or Seymour as misadjusted bastards.
