I was just wondering what people have been reading
lately? For once, I've been caught up in
non-fiction(but I still read fiction too):
"Basic Teachings of the Great Philosophes"
-S.E. Frost, Jr. (sort of like philosophy for dummies
without being completely dumbed down. lol; My history
class got me interested in this one).
"Sacred Origins of Profound Things"
-Charles Panati(compares and contrasts different
religions, even different sects within a religion, in
term of celebration, saints, demon and angelogy, Latin
word roots, etc...; everything from Roman Catholicism
to Taoism to Christianity to Hinduism, etc...)
"Dead Sea Scrolls Deception"
-2 authors(this chronicles the politics, scandals,
archaeology, and power struggles over the rights to
the scroll since their discovery in the 1940's)
