This is exactly what we call "fikonspråk" in Swedish. I will leave it
up to everyone's discretion to translate it freely. Incidentally, it
is the amalgamation of the word for a certain fruit and the word for
language. If anyone cares, using "fikonspråk" is tantamount to being
hugely irritating and somewhat pompous.
