It seemed me that Jim's piece on the New Testament was several heads & shoulders above anything I've read so far from the rest of us. I found it fascinating & I thank him for it. On a wholly different tack, would Helena explain to someone fifty years older & stupider the irony of the 'human race' ? (I thought the last thing irony should be is blatant.) Scottie B.
