ART MUSEUM ATTENDANCE KEEPS RISING IN THE U.S.

The most popular exhibition last year was "Monet in the 20th Century" at
the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, which counted 565,992 visitors during a
three-month run that ended on Dec. 27. Even the reclusive author J.D.
Salinger made the trip from his New Hampshire home to the museum, if the
museum guards who say they spotted him can be believed.
