its' - possessive form of "it" (The cat ate a hairball, and its' stomach
was in a knot)
it's - contraction for "it is" (It's not ok to be tall)

Though Microsoft tells me that "its" is the possessive form of "it", so now
I really don't know what to do...

(and this letter isn't supposed to be mean, either, but if you don't know
the forms of "it" you should learn 'em, no?) :)
