lol, I'm actually not sure how he died. But he
fascinates me, because 1) he was a heroin addict(among
other things) 2) he was much older than Kerouac and
Ginsburg, and 3) he outlived them all. How's that for
irony? lol I know exactly what book you mean by Ann
Charters. Those last few pages in that book were my
favorite for a while as I quickly pulled out old
Kerouac novels to see who's who:) Oh, and to go with
the flow, cheers to everone(old and young) and eat
some jello. ;)
