i'm sad to hear that student don't like "For Esme.."
as it is one of my favorites, but oh well. I do love
"Laughing Man" and "A Perfect Day for Bananafish."
It's been a while since I've read the other stories,
so I quickly skimmed through them. I noticed that
"Down at the Dinghy" features Boo Boo of the Glass
family. "Pretty Mouth and Green My Eyes" is another
one of my favorites and I thought the ending had a
nice little surreal twist to it. lol I didn't really
like "De Daumier..." very much. "Uncle Wiggily..." and
"Just Before the War..." are two more of my favorites.
If I had to narrow my choices down to two(for the
million dollars, Regis! lol j/k) I'd pick "Pretty
Mouth and Green My Eyes" and "Uncle Wiggily in
Connecticut" :)
