Salinger may have just been fond of the first name of
the editor! Here is a blurb about it from ebay, I
think the winning bid was $11.50.

otherwise a nice, shiny, clean copy.
I don't see it on Stephen's web page as a place where
"Eskimos" appears. I forwarded the info on to him.
