I'm kinda partial to "Where's your lighter fluid?" when Withnail runs
out of booze.  And to tweak it into Salinger perspective, somehow I
can't see Holden saying to the waiter, "Can'tcha stick a little lighter
fluid in there?  I can't sit in this place sober."
