The Allen Ginsberg thread is pretty interesting. I've read his poetry--not all of it, but a good bit, the important pieces--and I'm reading his journals dated 1954-1958. I like the poetry and pity the man--at least, the man who wrote journals during the early part of that period. He lived in a vacuum emotionally. I'm looking forward to reading more and seeing how and what he developed into. In a message dated 98-01-08 14:50:01 EST, you write: << I should apologize. I meant Mr. Lawrence, not MR. Hochman. Too many names coming at me I s'pose. :) Brian Hall >> All I can say about this is that its nice seeming someone pissed off at someone else for a change :) but maybe that's a tad sick :) JIm
