I thought I posted this a few days ago, but here's what roger lathbury,
the book's publisher said to me in response to my email q about when
hapworth might reappear in book form:

"All I can say is that the book is still delayed and that I do not have a
specific or an approximate date for its release. I have good reasons to
think that it will appear--that there is not much likelihood of its being
cancelled or simply dropped--but beyond that I can say nothing."
