One wonders who these two dark strangers can be ?
Telaflect & rvh. Golly, what a mystery. Nothing `wanton',
obviously, but evidently people of such a refinement that
nothing so vulgar as the revelation of one's identity may
be allowed to ruffle the pervading air of exquisite breeding.
How gross the rest of us must appear as we reel drunkenly
about roaring & snarling at each other, concerned with nothing
better than self-display & petty squabbling. In which case,
it does seem a shame that Telaflect at least, wouldn't give
us perhaps one tiny glimpse of his Salinger insights - rather
than confining himself to this rather chilling position of detached
observer. It might do wonders in elevating the whole mood of
the list.
Sadly, in view of his intentions, experience shows that moralistic
homilies on behaviour often have an effect quite opposite to the one
intended.
